The Role

We’re looking for a reliable Media & Stock Content Assistant to join our team in Birchwood, Warrington. The role involves capturing clear photos and short videos of trucks, trailers, and plant equipment using a smartphone and/or compact digital camera.

You’ll also upload and manage vehicle listings across our platforms, create social media posts for “new in” and “sold” updates, and ensure all information is accurate and professionally presented. Strong spelling and grammar are essential, as listings and posts must be error-free.

This is a hands-on position. You’ll spend much of the day in and out of lorry cabs, working on the back of trailers, and using a computer for uploads. The role is active and often outdoors in all weather conditions, so being physically fit, safety-conscious, and comfortable around large vehicles is essential. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph and video incoming vehicles for website and sales use
• Capture outgoing vehicles for “sold” updates
• Upload and manage stock listings across our platforms
• Prepare accurate and professional social media posts
• Ensure vehicles are photographed, listed, and promoted promptly
• Learn how to correctly spec vehicles for listings
• Liaise with the sales and marketing team to highlight key vehicles
• Follow health & safety practices when working around large vehicles

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
• Physically fit and confident working outdoors and around heavy vehicles
• Strong spelling and grammar skills (essential)
• Comfortable using a smartphone and/or compact digital camera
• Confident with computers and online platforms
• Detail-focused, with the ability to work independently
• A team player with good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)

Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Occasional Saturday: 8:00am – 2:00pm (as required)
