Position: HGV Yard Operative
Located: Clayton Road, Warrington, WA3 6PH

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist yard manager with inbound/outbound vehicle deliveries, loading & movement.
- Prepare trucks and trailers, ensuring they are ready for sale/collection.
- Cover on Wash Bay will be needed from time to time.
- Plus other adhoc duties as required.

Requirements:
- Experience in an HGV environment is beneficial though not essential.
- Class 1 or 2 license highly desirable though not essential.
- Strong team player and punctual.

Working Hours:
- Full-time Monday-Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Occasional Saturdays may be required

A&M Commercials Ltd, a reputable provider of new and used trucks, trailers, and plant machinery, is currently seeking a highly organized and friendly Administrator / Receptionist to join our team in Birchwood, Warrington.

Job Description:

As an Administrator / Receptionist at A&M Commercials Ltd, your role will encompass a range of essential responsibilities, including:

- Reception Duties: Greeting and welcoming customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, creating a positive first impression of our company.

- Phone Handling: Managing incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel, and providing general information or taking messages when required.

- Marketing Assistance: Collaborating with our Marketing Executive to upload vehicle listings onto platforms such as Auto Trader and other websites. This will involve ensuring that vehicle details, descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and appealing. Basic camera skills (using smart phone) advantageous.

- Supporting Accounts Administration: Assisting the Accounts team with various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and general administrative duties. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel advantageous.

Qualifications:

- While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, we welcome applicants with a strong desire to learn and grow within the position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
